Practical education technology designed around real educator work.
Teachers and schools manage planning, attendance, curriculum, assessment, learner support, timetables, reporting and daily operations across disconnected systems and manual processes. EDXSA develops tools that bring this work together and make it easier to understand what should happen next.

TMC is a division of EDXSA and an education-management application designed around the teacher’s actual workday. It supports individual educators and can grow into a coordinated school-level platform.
Teachers spend significant time managing records, planning, missed teaching time, assessments, learner follow-up and communication. TMC connects these responsibilities instead of leaving educators to manage them through separate tools.
Many systems primarily store or report school information. TMC helps educators use information to identify what must be taught, what was missed, who needs support and which practical action should follow.
An individual teacher can begin using TMC without waiting for the whole school. Schools can also use its coordinated tools for management, allocations, timetables, assessment, curriculum monitoring and operations.
EDXSA is working toward intelligent, accessible and practical technology that strengthens teachers, supports schools and improves the quality and timing of educational decisions.
How EDXSA handles information on the public TMC website.
This notice covers the public EDXSA and TMC website, including website analytics, the TMC Assistant and public forms. EDXSA uses submitted information to provide the service requested, operate the website responsibly and protect it from misuse.
Public forms may collect contact details, role, school or organisation, location, contact preference and the information needed for a support request, complaint, idea, presentation or session booking. Required fields are identified on each form.

Questions sent to the TMC Assistant may be processed by an AI service to generate a response. Do not enter personal, confidential or learner information in the assistant. Automated answers are informational and may need verification.
Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose described, operational follow-up, security, audit or applicable legal requirements. Retention may differ by request type. Records no longer required are deleted or de-identified where appropriate, and access is restricted to authorised use.
You may ask whether EDXSA holds your personal information and request access, correction or deletion, or object to particular processing. EDXSA may need to verify your identity and may retain information where continued retention is authorised or required. Use the secure Contact EDXSA form, choose Privacy or data request, and explain what you need. The form will issue a reference number.
